Thank you for downloading the SuperVive – Virtual Wellness Community / ROSAesROJO™ App. To participate in this application, we require you to review this Privacy Policy and the associated Terms of Service.

Together with the Terms and Conditions of Use of Disciple Media, this Privacy Policy constitutes our agreement with you as a user of our application, and we must ensure that you understand this agreement.

This Privacy Policy will help you understand what information we collect and process using the official SuperVive – Virtual Wellness Community / ROSAesROJO™ app (and the related website used to support account management, social media posting, and other platform interactions), hereinafter referred to as "the Service," as well as the choices and rights you have regarding your personal information.

The purpose of this Service is to create a virtual wellness community among Hispanics around the world.

Types of Data We Collect:
Non-personal information – Such as pages you access, which helps us determine how many people use our Service, how frequently, and which pages are most popular. This information does not reveal who you are or where you live. We use this data to monitor and improve our Service.

Personal information – Such as your IP address, email address, username, password, approximate location, and any optional information you choose to provide within the Service (e.g., text, photos).

When You Register, We Request:
Email address – Used to send you a welcome email and Service-related communications (e.g., password reset or email verification). We will not send you marketing messages unless you have explicitly consented.

Name/Username – We request a username so that posts or comments you make can be attributed to you. Other users may search for you by name, which will appear on your public profile page. You are not required to use your real name, but we generally encourage it.

Profile picture (optional) – If uploaded, it will appear next to your posts, comments, and on your public profile page.

Password – Stored securely in an encrypted system. If you forget your password, you can request a reset via email.

After Registration, We Process:
Posts and comments you make in the app – These are public and can be seen by unregistered users, on public web pages, and in email notifications to other users.


Friend requests and messages – You may send friend requests to other users. If accepted, you can send private one-on-one or group messages. These messages are fully private and not monitored.
Activity tracking – We track which sections of the app you visit to highlight content you may have missed. We use this data internally to improve the Service. It is never shared with third parties.


IP address logging – We store your last accessed IP address to protect against malicious access and may determine its approximate location (country and city).


Providing your personal information is completely voluntary. However, if you do not provide necessary data or withdraw consent for its processing, you may not be able to access or use the app.

We will only retain your personal information as long as you remain a registered user.

We comply with all legal data retention requirements and will securely and permanently delete your information when (a) there is no valid reason for further retention, or (b) you request its deletion.
