Aracelis’ Transformation: From Garden to Plate

Once upon a time…

Aracelis, a Puerto Rican woman full of sensitivity, love for her family, and a deep desire to live well. She lived on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, surrounded by nature, green mountains, and a climate that seemed to celebrate life every day. She always had a great strength: her ability to listen to her body and her intuition, even when life wasn’t easy.

Every day…

She followed a routine that, like many people, combined responsibilities, fatigue, and low energy. Her diet was based on sugars, refined flours, and sodas, while vegetables rarely reached her plate. Her health began to suffer: prediabetes, high cholesterol, heart palpitations, weight gain, and deep emotional exhaustion.

Even so, Aracelis never lost something essential: hope. She knew she deserved to feel better, even though she didn’t yet know how.

But one day…

A book landed in her hands that would become a spark of change: The Power of Metabolism. She devoured it in two days. Something inside her woke up. She understood that she could make small, real changes—without rushing, without punishment, without miracle diets. Her inner strength—one that had always been there—told her: “Aracelis, you can do this.”

With determination…

She began transforming habits from a place of love, not pressure. – She swapped sugary drinks for water. – She started walking 3–4 times a week. – She added vegetables and proteins to her plate. – She kept a health journal to better understand what was happening in her body.

She discovered that wellness wasn’t about losing weight fast—it was about building a healthier life step by step. And she achieved it because she always had discipline, patience, and a deep willingness to learn.

Until finally…

With several healthy habits already in place, life gifted her a new opportunity: her niece shared a link to SuperVive. Aracelis, always open to learning, decided to join. Not because she was lost, but because she wanted to keep growing and learning.

At SuperVive, she found practical knowledge, connection with other women, and tools that strengthened what she had already achieved on her own. She learned about real foods, simple recipes, and the impact vegetables had on her health. She began to see her grocery cart full of color, life, and freshness.

She discovered that real food not only nourishes the body… it nourishes the soul.

And since then…

Aracelis lives surrounded by abundance: of nature, community, and gratitude. Her garden (and her neighbors’) has become an extension of her well-being. Papayas, bananas, pineapples, squash, peppers, cilantro, cassava… a true paradise that goes directly from the garden to the plate.

She shares, receives, and gives. Because for her, health also multiplies when it’s shared.

Today, Aracelis enjoys more energy, motivation, and joy. She continues learning, cooking, experimenting, and caring for herself with the same determination she has always had. She says it herself: “This has been continuous learning.”

Her story reminds us that well-being begins with a brave decision… and that real food, community, and curiosity can transform our lives in beautiful ways.
