Once upon a time, there was Paola—a Latina mom from Bolivia—bravely navigating motherhood in the United States, caring for her little 2-year-old son with unconditional love. Day and night, with total devotion, she poured her time and heart into her family, all while silently facing a deep postpartum depression. She continued breastfeeding, even through physical and emotional exhaustion, with barely a second for herself, carrying in her soul the ache of missing the warm embrace of her people.
Each day, Paola kept going with quiet strength, fulfilling the essentials: cooking, cleaning, tidying, organizing—again and again. Her demanding routine was a clear reflection of her resilience and generosity. Meanwhile, her mind was a whirlwind of thoughts: the shift from being single to a wife, from an independent woman to a full-time mom, and the challenge of rebuilding herself far from home. Still, she stood strong—adapting, enduring—with a heart full of love and a flicker of hope that she might one day reconnect with herself.
Then one day, in her community of Latina moms, she heard about a program focused on preventing diseases like cancer and diabetes. That caught her attention deeply! She saw it as a chance not only to care for her health but also to connect with other Latinas.
So she didn’t hesitate. She enrolled, applied to the program, and waited with excitement to be accepted. Something inside her lit up—a spark of motivation to change her lifestyle and create a healthier, happier future for herself and her family.
On her journey, she met wonderful women and discovered the power of being part of a community. Because information can be everywhere—but it’s human connection and support that truly make the difference.
Finally, Paola began to make small changes in her daily routine. She gave herself more time and learned to focus her energy on positive thoughts. She realized that well-being doesn’t arrive all at once—it comes through daily work in every area of life: body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
To achieve this, she found a powerful tool: SuperVive Comunidad. Paola tells us it’s a complete and accessible resource. Every day, she spends a few minutes learning, reflecting, and taking advantage of all the valuable content it offers.
Since then, her life has started to transform. Tough moments came, as well as joyful ones—but each of them helped her grow. Today, Paola lives with gratitude, with new habits, better organization, more discipline, and a sense of fulfillment that once felt far away. Paola didn’t just find tools… she found herself.
