Once upon a time… there was Rocío, a strong woman from Querétaro, who knew how to overcome any challenge. She got married, had children, and with determination, built a life in the United States. Although the transition wasn’t easy—the change of country, customs, and especially food brought difficult health moments—Rocío remained resilient and deeply devoted to her family.
Every day… she woke up early, worked cleaning houses with great discipline, and cared for her children with dedication. She always sought ways to maintain the traditions of her homeland, preparing soups, greens, and simple dishes, even though routines and her surroundings sometimes led her to eating habits that didn’t make her feel well. Still, Rocío never stopped striving: she knew she wanted a healthier future for herself and her family.
With determination… she accepted her friend Carmen’s invitation to join SuperVive programs. It wasn’t easy at first: fatigue, tight schedules, doubts. However, Rocío decided to take the step, and like everything she does in life, she approached it with commitment and courage.
Along the way… she found not only valuable information—like learning to read labels and prepare simple, nutritious meals—but also a community that supported her throughout the process. Rocío already had strength within her; what she discovered was that she wasn’t alone and could share her effort with other women, her children, and even her nieces.Gradually, she incorporated new habits that reinforced what she had been building for a long time: a more mindful and peaceful lifestyle.
Until finally… she understood that well-being isn’t about perfect diets or radical changes, but about consistency, self-love, and community. Rocío didn’t just transform her eating habits—she also improved her rest, mental peace, and confidence. She discovered that it is possible to eat delicious, simple, and nutritious meals every day, and that her effort inspires those around her.
And ever since… she continues walking with determination, discipline, and above all, gratitude. Rocío knows that health is a journey and has chosen to live it with joy, showing by example that step by step, it’s always possible to achieve a fuller life—strong, resilient, and full of heart.
