Yuliana’s Transformation: Movement with Intention

Once upon a time...there was a young woman from San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato, who discovered early on the importance of movement and exercise for her health. In high school, Yuliana became curious about physical activity. First, she gave soccer a try, inspired by her uncle. Despite extreme exhaustion and being out of shape, she didn’t give up. Then she tried basketball. And later, when she migrated to the United States and adapted to a new life, she kept looking for ways to stay active. That’s just who she’s always been—a determined woman, willing to try again and again, no matter how much life changes, no matter the obstacles.

Day by day...Yuliana proved to be a woman who knew how to adapt. Becoming a mother, settling into a new country, learning a new language, and caring for her family meant putting others’ needs ahead of her own well-being. And yet, even in the most challenging times, when exercise fell out of her routine, the desire to take care of herself and reconnect with that strong, motivated version of herself still beat within her.

With determination...she used the tools from El Camino Rojo by SuperVive as opportunities to return to self-care. What stood out to her most was that it wasn’t just about working out—it was about building habits in a realistic and personalized way. Yuliana learned to identify what kinds of physical activity she enjoyed, what worked for her, and how to anchor those habits in her everyday life.

Along the way...she didn’t just rediscover the joy of movement—she designed a routine around her reality. She tried working out at noon, then in the afternoon, but it didn’t work. So she decided to wake up at 4:40 a.m. to exercise at 5, when the house was still asleep and she could have that moment to herself. It wasn’t an easy choice, but it came from her deep commitment and desire to feel well—physically, mentally, and emotionally—for herself and for her family.

Until finally...consistency and discipline led her into a new season of life. Yuliana didn’t just make exercise part of her daily routine—she also inspired her daughter, who decided to run her first 5K. It was a proud moment for them both. Yuliana’s quiet yet powerful example began to ripple through her surroundings: at home, in the SuperVive Community, and among the women who read and listen to her.

Since then, everything has moved around Yuliana.Movement became her oxygen. What once seemed impossible—like running a race without losing her breath—is now her fuel. She began meditating after workouts. She discovered that physical habits brought her mental clarity, better decisions, more patience with her kids, and a sense of peace she once thought unreachable.

Yuliana leaves us with a powerful lesson:consistency outlasts fleeting motivation. She also shows us that a new habit can begin in just two minutes: lay out your clothes the night before, prep your water bottle, picture yourself doing it. And she reminds us that not everything has to be perfect—but it can be powerful. Adapting doesn’t mean giving up—it means reinventing yourself again and again.

Today...Yuliana continues to be the strong, persistent, and adaptable woman she’s always been. But now, she shares it. She reflects it. She spreads it. She lives it.

Thank you, Yuliana, for showing us that yes—it is possible.
